Wiosenna salad

  • 1 Eggs
  • 30 g Red radish
  • 4 broccoli heads
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 2 spring onion
  • 1 pinch Paprika
  • 1 pinch Salt


  • Cook the egg for 10 minutes in boiling water and peel under cold running water.
  • Cut the boiled egg, turnips, broccoli, and onion into small cubes.
  • Mix them with the mayonnaise and sprinkle over paprika.
