Ingredients

  • 1 Squash
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 0.5 Lemon
  • 1 strand Parsley
  • 30 g Whole-wheat bread
  • 1 teaspoon Wheat flour (patent)
  • 1 tablespoon Crème fraîche half fat
  • 2 knob Butter
  • 1 pinch Paprika
  • 5 mL Wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Preparation

  • Grate the squash.
  • Mix the flour with the butter in a frying pan. Lightly brown.
  • Peel and chop the onion.
  • Fry in the pan until tender.
  • Slice the celery and add to the pan.
  • Peel the garlic and crush in the pan.
  • Add salt, pepper, sprinkle with paprika, and mix.
  • Add the squash flesh, toss, and sauté for 10 minutes while stirring constantly.
  • Stir in the cream, squeeze the lemon, and pour into a few drops of vinegar.
  • Mix for 2 minutes.
  • Scatter over finely chopped parsley.
  • Toast the bread slices.
  • Serve the Hungarian pumpkin with whole-wheat bread.
