Ham and cheese pizza

  • 250 g Pizza dough
  • 40 g Fresh goat cheese
  • 40 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese
  • 20 g Pale ham
  • 300 g mesclun
  • 200 mL Tomato pulp
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 strand Fresh basil
  • 30 mL Olive oil
  • 5 mL balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
  • Peel the garlic and the onion and slice them thinly.
  • Wash and drain the basil.
  • Cut the ham into small pieces.
  • Coarsely grate the cheese.
  • In a frying-pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the garlic and the onion.
  • Add the tomato pulp, salt, pepper and let it thicken over medium heat.
  • Unroll the dough and put it on a pie plate with its baking paper.
  • Put the tomato sauce, the ham and the diced bacon strips on the dough.
  • Cover with cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Decorate the pizza with basil leaves when you take it out of the oven.
  • Meanwhile, wash and drain the mixed greens.
  • In a salad bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Serve the cheese and ham pizza still warm cut in 4 with the mixed green salad.
