Dill vegetarian balls

Ingredients
- 150 mL (⅔ cup) roasted buckwheat
- 1 Beet
- 1 egg white
- 1 Carrots
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 spring onion
- 2 strand Dill
- 0.5 Lemon
- 125 mL (½ cup) Breadcrumbs
- 10 mL (2 teaspoon) Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Preparation
- Cook the buckwheat in boiling salted water. Drain.
- Peel and grate the carrot.
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Chop the dill.
- Mix all the ingredients with the egg white, the juice of the lemon, salt and pepper.
- Shape into small balls by hand.
- Roll balls into breadcrumbs.
- Brown the balls in a pan with olive oil.
- Serve the dill vegetarian balls.
