Dill vegetarian balls

  • 80 g roasted buckwheat
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Carrots
  • 1 Beet
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 strand Dill
  • 0.5 Lemon
  • 30 g Breadcrumbs
  • 7.5 mL Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper


  • Cook the buckwheat in boiling salted water. Drain.
  • Peel and grate the carrot.
  • Peel and chop the onion.
  • Chop the dill.
  • Mix all the ingredients with the egg white, the juice of the lemon, salt and pepper.
  • Shape into small balls by hand.
  • Roll balls into breadcrumbs.
  • Brown the balls in a pan with olive oil.
  • Serve the dill vegetarian balls.
