Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Pizza dough
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 400 g Green beans
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 100 g Sobressada
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sweet chilli
  • 90 mL Olive oil
  • 20 mL balsamic vinegar
  • 4 pinch Salt
  • 4 pinch Pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
  • Flatten out the pastry in the baking tray.
  • Slightly lift up the corners. Set aside.
  • Peel the onions and the garlic.
  • Peel the tomatoes.
  • Wash the peppers.
  • Chop up all these vegetables and cut up the sobrassada sausage into fine slices.
  • Mix the sobrassada and the vegetables in a bowl, add the chilli, 1 tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper.
  • Mix and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan.
  • Let the sobrassada melt for a few seconds then add the vegetables and leave it over the heat for 5 minutes while stirring.
  • Take out the filling from the frying pan with a skimmer in order to let the oil drip and put it on the pastry.
  • Put it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile wash the green beans and remove the stalks.
  • Cook them for 15 minutes, drain them, let them cool down and add olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Serve the coca with red vegetables and green bean salad.
