Chicken stir fry

  • 400 g Chicken breast
  • 120 g chinese noodles
  • 6 chive
  • 4 Carrots
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 2 tablespoon coriander
  • 30 mL Rice wine
  • 60 mL Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, fresh
  • 45 mL Sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper


  • Peel and cut the spring onions in short pieces.
  • Peel the ginger and cut in sticks.
  • Peel the carrots, seed and julienne the pepper.
  • Cut the chicken in thin slices.
  • Wash, dry and snip the coriander.
  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat until it starts fuming.
  • Sauté the spring onion and the ginger for 1 minute while stirring constantly.
  • Push the onion and the ginger to a side of the pan; add the carrots and the pepper and sauté for 2 minutes while stirring.
  • Group all the vegetables on the side of the frying pan and gradually add the chicken.
  • Fry quickly on each side, mix with the vegetables and cook for another 1 or 2 minutes.
  • Add the rice wine and bring to a short boil.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and stir well.
  • Add the noodles and stir again.
  • Sprinkle with coriander.
  • Serve the stir-fry chicken along with Chinese noodles.
