  • 0.5 Butternut squash
  • 30 g Stilton cheese
  • 1 tablespoon onion jam

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
  • Bake half of the squash cut-side down for 30 minutes.
  • At the end of baking, cut the squash lengthwise into wedges.
  • Top each wedge with a spoonful of stilton cheese.
  • Garnish the stilton-topped butternut squash with the onion jam.
