- 0.5 Butternut squash
- 30 g Stilton cheese
- 1 tablespoon onion jam
- Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
- Bake half of the squash cut-side down for 30 minutes.
- At the end of baking, cut the squash lengthwise into wedges.
- Top each wedge with a spoonful of stilton cheese.
- Garnish the stilton-topped butternut squash with the onion jam.
