Baked noodles with ground beef

  • 240 g egg noodles
  • 300 g Ground beef (5% fat)
  • 240 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 600 mL Tomatocoulis
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 100 g grated gruyère cheese
  • 20 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 30 mL Worcestershire sauce
  • 60 mL dry Sherry
  • 45 mL Olive oil
  • 15 mL balsamic vinegar
  • 4 pinch Salt
  • 4 pinch Pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 375 °F.
  • Slightly oil a baking dish.
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
  • Drain and rinse.
  • Peel and chop the garlic.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan and fry the ground beef until golden brown.
  • Add the tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
  • Bring to a boil, lower the heat and leave it to simmer.
  • Add the noodles and gruyère cheese; stir until the cheese melts.
  • Add the sherry and stir for 1 minute.
  • Pour the entire mix into the baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Wash and spin the lamb's lettuce.
  • Prepare the vinaigrette in a salad bowl and place lettuce on top.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Serve the baked noodles with ground beef along with the lamb's lettuce.
